Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum information needed to serve volunteers, partners, and donors — and we explain here what that means.
What we collect
When you volunteer, partner with us, subscribe to updates, or send a message, we collect the details you enter on that form — such as your name, email, phone number, and the information you choose to share. Donations are processed by Stripe, which collects your payment details; we receive confirmation of the gift, its amount, and your email address, never your card number.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your message, coordinate volunteer service, discuss partnerships, send the updates you asked for, and issue donation receipts. We do not sell your information.
Newsletter
Signing up for updates is separate from donating. You can ask to be removed from our update list at any time by replying to a message or contacting us.
Who can see it
Form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems and are available only to authorized Project Sabr team members. We share information with service providers — such as our payment processor — only as needed to deliver the service you requested, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and volunteer records for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain accurate service records, then remove them. Donation records are retained as required for nonprofit financial reporting.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Contact us and we will respond.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact form. We will route your message to the team member responsible for privacy.
