Our Facility Vision

A Home for Service. Space for Opportunity.

A dedicated facility would help Project Sabr deliver more consistent services, coordinate volunteers, store essential supplies, and create space for learning and connection.

The Blueprint of Belonging

More than a building.

Our goal is to establish a permanent home for Project Sabr’s mission: Serve Humanity. Through our five pillars, we will expand biweekly food drives and homeless outreach, offer free health services, empower youth through mentorship and development, and help adults build careers and move toward greater independence.

A building is only the container. What we are designing is a place where people are known by name — where a family can collect groceries and stay for a workshop, a teenager can find a mentor, and a neighbor can sit with someone who speaks their language.

  • One address, five pillars.

Food, health, youth development, workforce support, and recovery referrals under a single roof.

  • Shaped by neighbors.

Designed around what people already ask for at our distributions, not around our own convenience.

  • Shared with partners.

Room for partner-led clinics, workshops, and services so the space serves more than our own programs.

  • Modest and achievable.

A flexible footprint we can open through donated space, shared use, or an affordable long-term lease.

Our work today — the need a permanent home would answer.

We are seeking donated space, shared-use opportunities, or an affordable long-term lease to bring this vision to life. We welcome partnerships with cities, property owners, businesses, and foundations ready to invest in a stronger, healthier community.

Moments that shape the blueprint

This is the work the space has to hold.

Every week, volunteers make meals, sort supplies, and show up for neighbors — often from borrowed tables, sidewalks, and shared rooms. These are the moments a permanent home would protect.

What the space will hold

Proposed spaces.

  • Biweekly food distributions for low-income individuals and families.
  • Community workshops, volunteer opportunities, and family support events.
  • Free health checkups, screenings, and wellness education through qualified providers.
  • Youth mentorship, educational workshops, and leadership development.
  • Adult career support, résumé assistance, job training, and employment connections.
  • Addiction recovery resources and referrals, with a separate residential treatment home planned.

Our residential treatment home is a separate future initiative and is not part of this facility plan.
